LifeCYCLE STRENGTH

Strengthen your body and define those muscles with our STRENGTH class! This is not a HIIT or bootcamp style class, but rather an off the bike class built specifically to be paired with our cycling classes. In this class we focus on traditional strength training technique that builds strong muscles, increases stamina and improves overall fitness. We target the entire body by concentrating on the upper body for 20 minutes, lower body 20 minutes, and the wrap it all up with 10 minutes of core work and a cool down. 

LifeCYCLE STRENGTH PLUS

Burn a serious amount of calories while toning your muscles with our STRENGTH PLUS class! In this off the bike workout we move between high and low intensity moves designed to boost your cardiovascular health and build muscular strength. Each class is based on the principles of interval training and guaranteed to provide you with a highly effective, and efficient, workout. We begin this class with a warm-up, we then target the whole body and provide a healthy combination of aerobic activity and muscle building movement, then we end class with a cool down to stretch out our bodies for optimal recovery.
