For your first class, we please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts! This is so we can get your bike fitted property and make sure you are ready to have a GREAT 1st ride! For the respect and safety of our riders and instructors, once the doors to the cycling room close, they will not be opened.

We get it. Life happens. For the safety and enjoyment of all riders, once the doors close to the cycling room, we won’t open them until class is over. Please arrive at least 3 minutes before class begins or your bike may be given to another rider on the waitlist or a walk in. As soon as you know you wont be making it, please late cancel your class. You will be charged a $15 late cancel fee if you cancel within 4 hours of a week day class or after 8pm the night before Saturday and Sunday classes. If you do not cancel your class and do no show up, you will be charged a No Show fee of $25.

We are all at different levels of fitness…we promise! The best thing about indoor cycling is YOU decide your level of resistance! Don’t want to add a lot, no problem! Just keep moving your feet! We are here to push and encourage you, but you are ultimately in charge of your effort. We ALL start somewhere!

Wear whatever you are comfortable sweating in, because SWEAT. YOU. WILL! Something breathable, moisture wicking and inspiring is always encouraged! Again, we will give you some snazzy shoes so you don’t even have to worry about that either! Don’t forget your socks!

You sure can! We have towels and toiletries waiting for that shower…you earned it! We also have bathrooms stocked with things like dry shampoo, hair ties, deodorant, face wipes and other things you may need to ensure you leave feeling fresh and ready to go!

It does take a few classes to get used to the seat! Our bikes are more comfortable than most, however, the best way to help with comfort is to get your bike fitted properly before class begins! We will help you set up your bike correctly to ensure the most comfortable ride. Lastly, though it can be intimidating….TURN UP YOUR RESISTANCE! If you don’t have enough resistance under your feet, you will bounce more in your saddle, and you will likely be more sore.
