2023 LEVEL UP CHALLENGE

We started 2023 off with motivation, energy and commitment and now it’s time LEVEL UP!

To get started:

1.) Pick up your challenge card (just like the one you see here!) at the front desk beginning the week of February 27th.

2.) Fill out your card, hang it in the studio and start checking off the boxes!

To complete the LEVEL UP Challenge:

1.) Take 4 classes each week for six weeks

2.) If you aren’t able to make all four classes, use one of the Bonus Point Challenges to make up for it!

To really LEVEL UP your performance- keep track of each week’s highest mileage in a single class as well as the week’s AMRAP and wall sit times for the week. (You’ll complete these in strength class!)
