“From the moment I started everyone was incredibly nice & welcoming. I had never done spin in a class setting before, so it was a new experience & it's been a blast. It's such a good workout & you feel amazing after ever session. Already signed up for a year & am looking forward to continuing my classes. 100% would recommend to everybody.”

Have Questions?
-
For your first class, we ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. This is so we can get you situated with either your bike or workout area and make sure you are ready to have a GREAT 1st experience! For the respect and safety of our clients and instructors, once the doors to the room close, they will not be opened.
-
We get it. Life happens. For the safety and enjoyment of all riders, once the doors close to the cycling room, we won’t open them until class is over. Please arrive at least 3 minutes before class begins or your spot may be given to another client on the waitlist or a walk in. As soon as you know you won’t be making it, please late cancel your class. You will be charged a $15 late cancel fee if you cancel within 4 hours of a weekday class or after 8pm the night before Saturday and Sunday classes. If you do not cancel your class and do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25.

We are all at different levels of fitness…we promise! The best thing about our indoor cycling classes is YOU decide your level of resistance. Don’t want to add a lot, no problem! Just keep moving your feet. And for our strength training classes, we encourage you to go at your own speed. We are here to push and encourage you, but you are ultimately in charge of your effort. We ALL start somewhere!
-
For cycling classes, you can bring your own spin shoes or can borrow a pair of ours! And for our other classes, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes meant for exercise.
-
Wear whatever you are comfortable sweating in, because SWEAT. YOU. WILL! Something breathable and inspiring is always encouraged. For cycling classes, we will give you some snazzy shoes so you don’t even have to worry about that either—but, don’t forget your socks!
-
You sure can! We have towels and toiletries waiting for that shower you earned. We also have our bathrooms stocked with things like dry shampoo, hair ties, deodorant, face wipes and other things you may need to ensure you leave feeling fresh and ready to go.
-
It does take a few classes to get used to the seat. Our bikes are more comfortable than most—however, the best way to help with comfort is to get your bike fitted properly before class begins. We will help you set up your bike correctly to ensure the most comfortable ride. Lastly, though it can be intimidating….TURN UP YOUR RESISTANCE! If you don’t have enough resistance under your feet, you will bounce more in your saddle, and you will likely be more sore.
-
Of course! We have a variety of classes to choose from, all of which will get your blood pumping and are meant for those at all fitness levels!
“The motivation and enjoyment doesn't wear off. I'm more hooked than when I started and even pushed myself to start taking strength classes, which is way out of my comfort zone. I really encourage anyone looking to feel stronger and happier to try this studio out. Whether you are an athlete, a sporadic runner, or new to the fitness game... you will feel better about your health.”
