Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to make your scheduled class, please cancel your reservation outside the late cancel window to avoid a late cancel penalty.

Monday-Friday: Late cancel window is 4 hours prior to class.

Saturday-Sunday: Late cancel window is 8pm the night before.

Penalty: $10 fee for unlimited members or loss of credit for class pack holders.

A $25 fee will be assessed in the event of a no show for any reserved class.

Important! Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start of class. If you are not at the Studio and signed in at least 5 minutes before the start of class, your reservation may be given to the next person on the waitlist. For safety reasons, if you are not in the cycling room when class begins, you will not be allowed into class.

Purchase Policy

You give LifeCYCLE studio authorization to charge your credit or debit card for the amount indicated within this transaction. A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you and the charge will appear on your credit card or bank statements. You understand and agree that this card will be charged should you be assessed a late cancelation fee or a no-show fee per our cancellation policy.

Terms & Conditions

Availability of Facility:

You understand that LifeCYCLE Studio does not offer an “Open Gym” facility and that the studio will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of each class and 30 minutes after each class. Members may use the facilities only during scheduled classes, scheduled events, or by appointment. LifeCYCLE Studio reserves the right to change operating hours and/or class schedules at its sole discretion without any effect to this Agreement. You understand that LifeCYCLE may also close the studio or cancel classes for select holiday’s, inclement weather situations, or significant repair/maintenance needs. Should the facility become unavailable for more than 15 consecutive days, excluding acts of nature, then your membership will be put on hold and the next monthly payment will be at a pro-rated amount.

Entry Procedure & Check-in:
Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start of class. If you are not at the Studio and signed in at least 5 minutes before the start of class, your reservation may be given to the next person on the waitlist. For safety reasons, if you are not in the cycling room when class begins, you will not be allowed into class. Everyone is required to check into each class with the front desk staff.

Rules and Regulations:
LifeCYCLE Studio is committed to the health, safety and welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. You acknowledge that LifeCYCLE operates under rules and regulations established for the safety and protection of its members and agrees to be bound by such rules and regulations, as well by rules and regulations subsequently approved and posted or otherwise published by LifeCYCLE Studio. Such rules and regulations in effect from time to time are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Facilities, equipment, hours, service, regulations and policies are subject to change from time-to-time without prior notice, in the sole discretion of LifeCYCLE Studio. You agree to accept such reasonable changes as a condition of membership and recognize that: (1) Under no circumstances shall you move equipment or use our equipment in any manner not authorized by LifeCYCLE; (2) You will not misuse any equipment at the studio and you are liable for any property damage personally caused at the studio; (3) Members must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise authorized by LifeCYCLE. Minors must have all paperwork authorized by a parent or legal guardian and may participate on a case-by-case basis. Any member under the age of 15 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times; (4) Members shall conduct themselves in a quiet, well-mannered fashion so as not to cause any disturbance which may interfere with the use and enjoyment of the studio by any other member. Profanity or indecent language and/or behavior will not be tolerated. LifeCYCLE has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. Any conduct deemed by LifeCYCLE, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, potentially harmful, dangerous, or abusive will not be tolerated, and shall be grounds for termination of membership; and, (5) LifeCYCLE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Lost and found articles not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity or thrown away. You understand that LifeCYCLE may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of any of LifeCYCLE’s rules and regulations, and that in so doing, LifeCYCLE assumes no further liability to adhere to the terms of this agreement.

Prohibited Activities:
Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited within the studio. You agree not to enter the studio or participate in classes while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication that may impair your ability to perform and operate equipment. No weapons of any kind are allowed. No videotaping, filming or audio recording is permitted during classes without the without express written consent of LifeCYCLE management. LifeCYCLE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the consumption of food or beverages within the studio.

You certify that you have read this agreement and fully agree to the terms and conditions stated. You agree to these terms and conditions freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to myself.

Liability Waiver

By acknowledging this Waiver and Release of Liability form, you agree and understand the following:

You agree that by participating in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes, you do so entirely at your own risk and agree that you are voluntarily participating in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes, use of facilities, amenities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death to include any classes provided virtually. You release LifeCYCLE Frederick, their owners, representatives, instructors, and clients from any claims, demands, and cause of action as a result of your voluntary participation and enrollment. You fully understand and are aware that your participation in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes involves risks. These risks may lead to tangible or intangible harm, and you agree that they may result not only from your own actions but also from the actions of others. With the knowledge and understanding of these risks, you choose, at your own will and volition, to continue participating in LifeCYCLE classes You are also aware that there are risks that you may not have considered, yet you waive your right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks and you choose, at your own will and volition, to participate in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes. As such, you hereby release LifeCYCLE Frederick, LLC, their owners, representatives, instructors, and clients from any liability, injury and/or damage, now or in the future, whether tangible or intangible, for conditions that you may obtain while participating in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, muscle sprains, muscle spasms, heart attacks, raised blood pressure, broken, fractured, or dislocated bones, heat prostration, injuries to knees or back, or any other illness or soreness that you may incur, including death.

You agree that LifeCYCLE Frederick offers fitness services with no guarantee of results. You agree that you are solely responsible to maintain the diet and fitness regime appropriate for my level of health and stamina, and you agree that any results that occur, whether positive or negative, are the effects of your own personal choices.

You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes and you affirm that you have no medical conditions that would restrict you from participating in these fitness classes. You agree that participation in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes is not a replacement for actual medical care, and that if you do experience medical issues, you will contact my doctor immediately. You agree and verify that all of the information that you have given LifeCYCLE Frederick and its representatives is accurate, up-to-date, and without the omission of any known medical issues. You agree and verify that if you have omitted any necessary personal information, whether knowingly or unknowingly, you will hold LifeCYCLE Frederick harmless against all liability for any damages that may occur to yourself or to others because of my actions or inactions. You agree to keep LifeCYCLE Frederick apprised of any changes or upcoming changes concerning my physical health and personal information.

You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to let LifeCYCLE Frederick know if you find myself in any pain or discomfort before, after, or during the Fitness Services. If you do require medical treatment or attention while or after participating in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes, you agree that the medical costs are yours and yours alone and hold LifeCYCLE Frederick blameless from any charges, fees, or costs that my conditions may incur.

You have read the above LifeCYCLE Frederick Waiver and Release of Liability fully and you understand and agree to its contents. You understand and agree that by signing this you forfeit any right, claim, or ability to hold LifeCYCLE Frederick responsible for any tangible or intangible damages, loss of property, or loss of life that may occur during or after your use of the facilities and participation, whether in person or virtually in LifeCYCLE Frederick classes.

By acknowledging this, you consent to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue the following party, and, if applicable, its owners, trainers, representatives, and facilities from any physical, material, tangible or intangible, loss or damages that may happen to you during your participation in any LifeCYCLE Frederick classes undertaken while under their instruction or thereafter.
