    Our Spinning classes are set to heart-pumping music and lighting and feature’s changes in speed and intensity. Jump on one of our StarTrac NXT Spinning bikes and start peddling! Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will motivate and lead you to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.

    High Intensity Interval Training. This class alternates between intense bouts of exercise with low intensity exercise by utilizing weights, tubing, medicine balls, bikes, jump ropes, ect. Burn more fat, have more fun!
